Scholarship Application

All notifications regarding the status of your application will be sent to the email address entered above. Some programs offer notifications via phone and text message. Your contact information is never sold to a third party. Your contact information will only be used to alert you to your application status.

You must complete your FAFSA and provide the information below based on your 2024-25 Student Aid Report (SAR). Your Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) must be below $3,800 to be eligible. If you have not yet requested your FAFSA Student Aid Report, click here.

Use the space below to provide the Scholarship Selection Committee with any additional information you wish to share about your family's financial situation and special circumstances.

The following documents are required to complete your application:

• 2024-25 Student Aid Report (SAR) - Results from FAFSA
  • Your EFC calculation must be visible.
  • Your SAR should be approximately five (5) pages in length.

Provide a full description of up to five unpaid community service or volunteer activities not required for school credit. Community Service is defined as an activity that helps the less fortunate. For example, working at a soup kitchen or helping pass out clothing to the homeless. Volunteerism is defined as an activity that benefits a cause, group, or organization. For example, participating in a Fun Run to benefit a cause or cleaning your local public park.
